Contestants who successfully complete online training become volunteers. Volunteers determine the Nonprofit organizations to benefit from surreyONE and work with a variety of Business Partners.

Through volunteerism, Volunteers contribute to a ONE Cause of their choice while earning experience that may lead to employment.
