participants in surreyONE
are considered as Contestants first and as such must follow
the Contestant Rules as well as the rules of any other
additional member status they may achieve. |

Contestants
will treat their BATNA Play accounts like cash which means
that if another person uses their account to redeem points
the points cannot be retrieved by the Contestant who owns
the account. |

To
become a Contestant a person must register a BATNA
Play account.

It
is the Contestant’s responsibility to ensure they
have been properly credit / debted points for performing
a task or transaction. |

In
the event a Contestant disputes the credit or debit of
points the Contestant must present evidence with a receipt
of purchase within 7 days from the time of the transaction. |

Belligerent,
racist, hateful, or derogatory reviews may result in the
closure of the Contestant’s account and forfeiture
of the Contestant’s points. |

|
The
member associated with the referral code used when a new
member joins surreyONE
will be credited as the Referrer of the new member. |

|
A
Contestant may pick only one Non-Profit Organization to
support. |
|

|
Only
Rewards Points can be used to purchase items from participating
Networking Business Partners and not Participation Points.
|

|
Any
portion of points a Contestant decides to donate to a
Nonprofit Organization will not be available to the Contestant
to redeem. |

Note:
Participation Points are given when
a member aaaaacompletes tasks
to benefit
