All
participants in surreyONE
are considered as Contestants
first and as such must follow the Contestant
Rules with the rules of any other additional
member status they may achieve. |

All
participating businesses must have a valid business license. |
| •
|
All
participating businesses must have a GST number. |
| •
|
If
a business decides to distribute points they must give
a security deposit or preauthorized credit card based
on the monthly expected amount of points to be distributed. |

|
Each
business must pay within 30 days the amount of points
they distributed to Contestants. |
| •
|
A
transaction fee must be paid for each item sold through
the BATNA
Play Store. |
| •
|
Member
cards on consignment must be paid for 30 days for the
date the cards are distributed. |
| •
|
All
deals posted by a business must be honoured until the
expiration date as advertised by the business. |
| •
|
All
businesses must agree to BATNA Play’s Terms
of Membership. |
| •
|
Training
information and assistance is available at the request
of Networking Business Partners. Therefore each business
is responsible to have their staff trained to use any
application the businesses chooses to use. |
